Seventeen of the downtown merchants in Wheatland will be passing out treats to any trick or treaters who come in with their costumes on Saturday, October 27th from 10AM until 12/Noon.  Participants will have a poster in their window with a large orange pumpkin with the words Trick or Treat.  Platte County Economic Development and Platte County Main Street will have hot cider, hot tea, and hot chocolate for the parents as well.
